Colive Oil is a premium olive oil with a social mission. We work with family farms to harvest unique local flavours, and our olives are the first to ever cross the border dividing Cyprus. Then, we donate 10% of our profits to create positive social change, so you help build a better future with every bottle.

SHIPPING

Colive is able to fulfil your orders worldwide. We typically aim to ship out your orders within 2-3 business days from the time they were placed.  Please refer to the table attached for detailed information about shipping rates and estimated delivery times.

Unfortunately, we don't deliver to P.O boxes.

Important note:  For deliveries within Cyprus ( including both North and South) , please enter 'Cyprus' as the destination country for a correct shipping calculation.

RETURNS

Customer satisfaction is very important to us. For this reason, If you are dissatisfied with your purchase and you need to return an item you have ordered from our website, you can do so within 14 days of receipt. We will issue a refund for the cost of the product to the original payment method used.  Please note that we won't be able issue a refund for the shipping  cost and customers are responsible for return shipping cost. All oils must be returned in their original packaging, unopened and with seals intact.

DAMAGES

For products that have been damaged during transit, please provide a photo and description of the damage within 24 hours of receipt. To do this, you can email us at contact@coliveoil.com or use the chat bubble/Intercom on our website.

CANCELLATION

If you want to cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours after you have placed your order and we will be happy to cancel and issue a full refund. However, if you fail to contact us within 24 hours, we will probably ship your order which means you will need to follow our returns procedure instead.
