Watermelon and Halloumi Revamped

The duo, watermelon, and halloumi is classic Cypriot summertime food. We gave this classic a kick and a twist, and here it is for your enjoyment.

Serves 1-2 people


Ingredients

  • Watermelon
  • Halloumi
  • Colive oil
  • Chilli
  • Fresh mint
  • Egg
  • Flour
  • Sesame
  • Pine seeds

Method

  1. Sliced Watermelon in cubes or to your liking
  2. Make pane halloumi with egg, flour and sesame seeds
  3. Slice chili and make a mix with olive oil
  4. Freely Pour Colive oil
  5. Enjoy!
